The St. Pete Clearwater Film Commission covers 24 cities in Pinellas County, Florida. Thousands of commercials, TV shows, feature films, and digital media projects have filmed here. Every year over 200 projects film in St. Pete Clearwater, Florida. The film commission's business development program helps attract Studio Features like Tim Burton’s Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, independent features, Digital Projects, Web series and high profile Music Videos. St. Pete Clearwater is a blue-sky, sun-drenched getaway home to 35 miles of white sand beaches, including TripAdvisor’s No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2016, 2018 and 2019. Off the beach is St. Petersburg, named one of the Top 52 Places to Visit in 2014 by The New York Times---in large part because of its world-class art scene, which features the acclaimed Dalí Museum and Chihuly Collection.

Film Tampa Bay operates on behalf of Hillsborough County, City of Tampa, City of Plant City and City of Temple Terrace. We offer invaluable services that only a knowledgeable, passionate, “hands-on” film commission can provide. Along with the proximity and distinctiveness of our available locations, Film Tampa Bay provides local guidance, creative ideas and the experience to anticipate needs unique to the production industry, including help acquiring local crew and equipment, resolution of parking issues, neighborhood canvasing and assistance with local, regional and national talent. Founded in 2012, the St Pete Arts Alliance evolved from a shared desire among city and community leaders to make a serious investment in our local arts organizations, artists and creative businesses. The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance is the only 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to raising money and advocating for our entire creative community – artists, arts and cultural organizations, and creative businesses. We raise money through individual and corporate gifts, event sponsorships, and grants that support community-wide arts efforts.
